Greenhouse Gas Forcings
If you want to specify a transient GHG scenario, the current UM4.5 limits you to 50 turning points in describing the curve. Not very many for describing a glacial cycle, so there’s a mod for extending this to more. Also, to save you typing in hundreds of years and values into the UMUI for each gas, there’s a local post-processing script that can read in a text file of values (YEAR, CO2, CH4, N2O on each line, gases in MMR, *not* pp[mb]v) and insert it into CNTLATM before the model runs. Not in any standard version of FAMOUS.
