Incorporates a number of tunings and infrastructure changes, as detailed at www.famous.ac.uk. Notably, ice albedo is lowered and upper atmosphere ozone increased to improve temperature structures, time-varying orbital insolation is allowed and output filename formats area changed to allow for real paleo-years, both positive and negative

Also incorporates the xccgb (updated version of xbyvs) version of the rigid-lid ocean tracer drift fix, applied to salinity, DIC and alkalinity.
