!Differences between pathscale and PGI FAMOUS jobs on HECToR
Latest HECToR jobs are xdbuc (pathscale) and xdbud (PGI).
Only a couple of changes are required to go from a pathscale to PGI run. The differences between the jobs above are:
* User-defined compile option overrides:
-> PGI: @@$FAMOUS_DIR/overrides/pgi_O2_Kieee_fastsse@@ (to get correct compile options)
* Ocean GCM -> Diagnostics, STASH excluded -> MEAD Diagnostics
-> PGI: Running with MEAD Diagnostics: OFF
